day one on the home front back in my shanghai abode full of dust and weird smells
went running for the first time in a long time felt good for having had a fever yesterday turned out to be the youngest person running in the park
for some reason the old folk here exercise more than the young
read an article in China Daily on the plane about a 91 year old guy who can do 1000 pushups in one go, run 100km, and swim in a lake in the middle of the winter for a half hour
right
anyway lots of old people doing strange exercising
back and glad and trying to catch up on sleep
